In October 2001, frequent flyer Matthew Daimler launched SeatGuru.com with a single color-coded interactive airplane seating chart. Having experienced firsthand the vast differences between airline seats, he was determined to collect this useful information and share it with other travelers. In 2007, SeatGuru was purchased by TripAdvisor, sharing the common goal of giving members the real scoop before they travel.

Over ten million visitors later, SeatGuru is the go-to resource for savvy flyers. From seatmaps to flight search, we do our best to make sure your journey is a smooth one. And with the new G-Factor, we rate itineraries using a proprietary algorithm, so you know in advance if you'll like, love or just live with your flight experience.

SeatGuru is an awesome service, and I'm so happy it was invented. You get to see a color coded interactive seating chart before even booking your flight. This takes the guess work out of where you will be sitting before you even board the plane.

I have used it several times in the past, and have always been pleased by it. Highly recommend

I think the site looks dull now. I hope it evolves into more modern design. And also consider user experience.

I heartily agree with the reviews on this podcast series left so far by other listeners. I've not yet listened to Mike Duncan's History of Rome podcast (though I'm now inspired to do so), but the History of Byzantium podcast is a tour de force from Robin. He has done a sterling and balanced job...

I have found the History of English podcast absolutely riveting; in fact, I 'binged- listened' my way through the first 100 or so episodes, and am very relieved that there are clearly many more to come :-). History via etymology - a great concept, well-delivered by Kevin. Highly recommended.

It's so amazing that we have the opportunity to listen to so many years of history is such a fine detail. It's a marvel of the modern world. Thanks for doing this, Robin!
